Powered by Adobe Sensei AI and machine learning technology, new feature automatically reframes and reformats video content into different aspect ratios.
Adobe has just announced Auto Reframe, an Adobe Sensei AI and machine learning technology-powered feature coming to Premiere Pro that intelligently reframes and reformats video content for different aspect ratios, from square to vertical to cinematic 16:9 versions. Like Content-Aware Fill for video in After Effects introduced this spring, Auto Reframe uses Adobe Sensei to accelerate manual production tasks, without sacrificing creative control. The new feature leverages more than a decade of AI and machine learning capabilities built into Adobe’s flagship products.
For broadcasters, or anyone who needs to optimize content for different platforms, Auto Reframe will save users valuable time by automating the tedious task of manually reframing content each time a different video format comes into play; it analyzes, crops, and pans footage to prioritize the most compelling parts of a video, whether individual clips or entire sequences.
